Rotation principle of Stone Feng Shui ball fountain:
To know how to install it, you must first understand how its rotation principle works, so that you can install it more accurately. For the ball to rotate, the surface of the ball must be smooth enough and the ball and its holder must be perfectly matched.
1.Pour water into the pool, use the water pump to pump the water upward to make the stone balls rotate.
2.There is a certain pressure and speed when the water flows upward. There is a ball socket under the ball (That is, the U-shaped groove dug out on the base that contacts the ball). Due to the increase of the contact surface, the water in the ball socket can increase water impulse of the water pump many times, so that the water pump has enough impulse to lift the stone sphere, and then there is no friction between the ball and the base.
3.The water pours out from the bottom in a large area, and the buoyancy contact surface of the stone ball is large. It seems that the water is not in a hurry but can make the granite ball rotate, because the buoyancy of the water is completely force on the surface of the ball. The friction between the water and the stone ball is small, and the water is equivalent to lubricating oil, so the resistance of the ball to rotate is basically the gravity on the vertical side of the ball. So a small force in the horizontal direction can make the ball rotate.

1.Prepare the installation foundation and pool, and prepare suitable water pipe and pump. It is worth noting that the outlet pipe cannot be too long or too short. If it is too long, it will touch the stone rolling ball. If it is too short, the ball may not rotate. About to reach the position of the ball socket is fine.
2.Avoid missing the angle of tilt, we’ll put a gradienter on the fountain base (granite rolling ball holder). Use the gradienter to level the base on the foundation.
3.Connect the water pump to the outlet water pipe and inlet water pipe respectively. Insert outlet water pipe inside the hole of ball holder (base). Please note the outlet pipe should not be too thick or too thin, and should match the diameter of the hole in the base.
And fixing the water pipe, not loose, otherwise it will affect the stone ball rotation.
4.Use the crane to lift the stone sphere. Please make sure that the sling has fixed the ball before lifting, otherwise any bumps will make the ball unable to turn.
5.Lift the ball slowly to the position of the ball holder. When the ball is about to touch the ball holder, turn on the electricity to make the water flow out of the water outlet. Slowly put the ball on the ball holder (base).
6.Check the rotation of the ball, its rolling speed, water flow
7.Cement the base to the ground.
