How to install your outdoor decorative marble gazebo?
1. First, make the foundation, and make sure the foundation is level.
The dimension of the foundation must be larger than the diameter of the garden decorative stone gazebo.
2. Divide the foundation evenly according to the diameter of the stone pavilion and the number of columns, and mark it
3. Install stone piers of stone columns as marked places. All the stone piers must be placed at the same level (more critical), and the ground should be kept wet when placed. Some cement is needed under all the stone piers to fix them to the foundation. After the cement has solidified, the next step can be go on.
4. Install the Roman columns: Use a crane to lift the Roman columns, pay attention to binding strong, generally use 4-5 people to erect the pillar, use cement to fix the base and the Roman column together, wait for the cement to solidify, and then proceed to the next installation.
It is worth noting that some stone carved pavilions are not Roman pillars, but figure sculptures instead of Roman pillars as support. The installation of figure statues in this step is the same as pillar installation.
Also, make sure that the figure sculpture is horizontal, equidistant, fixed with cement, and left to dry for the next step.
5. Install the stone pavilion beams
Install the beam, need to build the scaffolding around the natural stone pavilion. After the scaffolding is built, arrange two installers above for installation, the following three people pass the beam, the installation of the beam should pay attention to the safety of the pillar, at this time the pillar is not very firm. The beams are connected with steel bars, and the gaps are reinforced with white cement.
6. Install marble gazebo metal roof
Use screws to connect all parts of the metal roof, then install the gazebo dome onto the large size marble gazebo with expansion screws.
After all the installation is complete, check whether the pavilion is firmly installed and clean the surface.
